Delta Kappa Gamma’s 40th Used Book Sale kicks off this weekend at the former Big Lots Building in the Cheyenne Plaza.
Monday, Feb 26th
Roller Derby Bootcamp | 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. | Roller City, 5506 Weaver Rd | Free to attend | Interested in learning roller derby? This boot camp will teach you how to skate, the rules and how to officiate. All gear and knowledge provided.
Tuesday, Feb 27th

Whiskey and War Stories | 6:00 p.m. | The Executive Lounge at The Office, 1600 Pershing Blvd | $80 | Hear how the original horse soldiers, a group of special armed forces Veterans served our country through countless missions, and then came together to make great bourbon whiskey. Your ticket includes one signed bottle pressed from steel molds created from steel from the World Trade Center, whiskey samples and food pairings.

Visit each location and view work by featured artists. This months featured venue is Blue Raven Brewery and will showcase artwork by local artist Danielle Kirby & live music by Jim Wilkinson.

Delta Kappa Gamma Used Book Sale (Also Sun, Mar 3rd) | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Former Big Lots Building, 3741 East Lincolnway | Free to attend | A community favorite - the 40th Used Book Sale takes place over two weekends beginning on Saturday. In 2023 an estimated 76,000 items were sold. Proceeds raised help fund educational community projects.
Winter Farmers Market | 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. | Depot Lobby, 121 W 15th St | Free to attend | Shop the experience that celebrates our community's finest foods and crafts.
