🍝 Pasta Making Experience, Chicago The Musical & More | This Week in Cheyenne

The Pasta Making Experience happens on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Vintages Handcrafted Wine. Learn how to craft fresh fettuccine, ribbon pasta and ravioli.

Monday, Feb 5th

Adult Beginner Tennis Class | 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. | Frontier Park Family Tennis Center, 1312 W 8th Ave | $12 | This class let's you try tennis without the intimidation. Have fun while learning tennis fundamentals and scoring.

Roller Derby Boot Camp (Also each Monday in Feb) | 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. | Roller City, 5506 Weaver Rd | Free to attend | Interested in learning roller derby? This boot camp will teach you how to skate, the rules and how to officiate. All gear and knowledge provided.

Floral Crafting Workshop | 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. | Cheyenne Creativity Center, 1620 Thomes Ave | $25 | Create your own sustainable floral arrangement. This workshop will teach you everything you need to know to craft your own beautiful paper flower or bouquet that will last a lifetime.

Pasta Making Experience | 6:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m. | Vintages Handcrafted Wine, 309 N American Rd | $100 | Join Chef Juan Coronado of Railspur to learn the secrets to crafting fresh fettuccine, ribbon pasta and ravioli. And then sit back and enjoy your pasta creation paired with Vintages’ finest wines.

Thursday, Feb 8th

Color Theory Class | 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. | Cheyenne Creativity Center, 1620 Thomes Ave | $35 | Understanding how to see, create and how to use colors, transforms work as an artist. This class will focus on the day-to-day uses of color theory, identifying color and how to create colors from scratch using acrylic paint.

Supper and a Show | 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. | Railspur, 707 W Lincolnway | $35 for supper, $10 for show only | Ready for a down home experience? Dinner starts at 5:00 p.m. and includes: brisket, baked beans, mac & cheese and brownies. Stick around for the show, and maybe a little dancing, featuring Minnesota country singer Mitch Gordon.

🧇 Upcoming: Join Hawthorn Tree to learn how to make your own syrups. Hawthorn's Syrup Making Class will be lead by herbalism staff, Susan and Nicole, who will guide you through a deep dive into different syrups like elderberry and wild cherry, as well as syrups for cocktails and mocktails. Enjoy an evening of tacos paired with a variety of tequilas at Comea Shelter's annual fundraiser Tacos & Tequila! As Comea's largest fundraiser, Tacos & Tequila helps support operations and overall resources for the shelter's residents and community. The event helps Comea continue to offer programs and services to those facing homelessness or needing assistance with social security, housing or other barriers. The evening takes place at The BEAST Foundation on Saturday, February 24th and will feature a taco buffet, tequila sampling, live music, live & silent auctions and more! Get your tickets now.
